וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל אָהַ֤ב אֶת־יוֹסֵף֙ מִכָּל־בָּנָ֔יו כִּֽי־בֶן־זְקֻנִ֥ים ה֖וּא ל֑וֹ וְעָ֥שָׂה ל֖וֹ כְּתֹ֥נֶת פַּסִּֽים׃
Israel aber liebte Joseph mehr als alle seine Söhne, weil er ihm im hohen Alter geboren war, und er machte ihm ein buntes Gewand.
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
And Israel loved Joseph more than all his sons, because the likeness of Joseph resembled his own, and he made him a figured robe.
